Abrasive introduction and mirror effect
Abrasive MEDIA
HSIHWA independently develops and produces special grinding and polishing soft materials; raw materials are imported from Europe, America and Taiwan. It has the advantages of "high fluidity", "uniform grinding and polishing surface", "good bonding", and "mirror treatment effect".
1. Super combined effect
The high content of abrasives can reach more than 90% according to application requirements. The abrasives have cost-saving and fast processing effects, and are not ordinary resins with low content.
High concentration can speed up the cutting force. The polishing speed is faster than that of ordinary abrasives. It has good bonding and has a longer life than ordinary abrasives and is not easy to precipitate
2. High liquidity
According to the hole diameter and the size of the workpiece (0.1mm~500mm), different fluidity rubber materials can be selected.
Hard N05: about 80 degrees (rubber hardness) suitable for large-hole casting of auto parts.
Medium hard N04: about 60 degrees (rubber hardness) for large-scale die stamping parts.
Medium N03: about 40 degrees (rubber hardness) tungsten steel molds, knitted parts.
Soft N02: about 10-15 degrees (rubber hardness) for deburring, grinding inner holes and polishing.
Extra soft N01: (night state) fine holes, slits, fuel injection nozzles, semiconductor workpieces.
3. Evenly grind and polish the surface
Abrasive particles can be made of emery, boron carbide, and diamond with high machinability effects to achieve rapid grinding, polishing, deburring, and chamfering effects.
The particle size can provide mesh number #8 (average about 4.62mm) to mesh number #1200 (0.015mm) to achieve different effects.
4. Mirror treatment effect
HSI HWA uses special grade diamond particles and special polishing powder to polish special workpieces and achieve mirror effects.
M03>For tungsten steel workpiece, the polishing removal amount is 25~40um and the surface brightness can reach Ra0.08um.
F02>Precision molds require high-precision work with continuous punching dies, and the surface finish is polished to a surface roughness of Ra0.04um, and the removal amount is about 10um.
