History
In 1990, Taiwan Dingjian Company was established. It is mainly engaged in grinding, polishing and cutting business.
Swiss M+B silicon wafer and solar panel professional precision cutting machine cooperated as the general agent in Asia.
In 2000, Ding Jian Company invested in the establishment of Xihua Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, and established an independent department for polishing machines and cutting, engaged in the sales of professional semiconductor cutting and stone flow processing equipment.
In 2007, it cooperated with the American DF company and established a professional fluid polishing machine manufacturer in Taiwan.
In 2008, Kunshan Xinfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. was invested and established in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, specializing in domestic business expansion and sales of HSIHWA equipment and providing customer after-sales service & technical support & testing and processing.
In 2009, a joint venture with Japan's NPM company established a precision cutting plant for semiconductor blades in Taiwan.
