The fluid polishing technology adopts the latest grinding and polishing method, which can be used for detailed grinding according to various technical requirements. The principle is to add abrasive particles according to the grinding or polishing requirements after soft resin + high-fluidity liquid glue. A very special soft fluid abrasive is made, which has fluidity and is coated with high content of abrasive powder and passes through the surface of the workpiece in an upward and downward motion.
AFM polishing is to place the workpiece on the work piece table of the machine and clamp it with a jig. After the upper abrasive cylinder and the fixed seat of the machine are tightly fixed down by the hydraulic cylinder, the upper and lower abrasive cylinders in the middle are filled with abrasive; the flow reaches the top from the bottom to the top. Then flow from top to bottom. In this way of up and down reciprocating movement, the polishing effect can be achieved when the number of flows and the amount of flow are selected.
